We’re very pleased with this nursery! We received a beautiful proprietary variety: the Laurier ‘Elly’. The plants were of good quality, nice and full, and healthy. You can tell right away that they’re grown with a great deal of expertise and care.
In addition, the service was friendly and professional. Everything was delivered neatly, and they kept their promises. We are very happy with the results in our garden and can definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for high-quality plants and expert advice.

During a visit to the beautiful nursery in Ottersum, Stan gave us excellent and enthusiastic advice on the different varieties of laurel. We ultimately chose the “Elly.”
Upon delivery, the plants were truly beautiful and fresh as could be, and they more than met our expectations. They fit perfectly into the pre-dug trench, and planting them was a breeze. I’ve rarely experienced such a high standard of service and excellent communication. Definitely worth a full five stars.

Organic Fertilizer for Hedge Plants
Just like people, hedge plants need nutrients to survive. That’s why Stan Verwaaij Haagplanten and ProMix are introducing Hedge Plant Fertilizer. This organic and bio-based fertilizer is ideal for evergreen hedge plants and is very environmentally friendly! The hedge plant fertilizer is tailored to the Stan Verwaaij Haagplanten product line. This fertilizer ensures that your hedge plants maintain beautiful, full, and compact growth. It also helps your hedge plants retain their vibrant color.
Dosage and Application of
The general rule for our hedge plant fertilizer is: “a handful per plant.” This amounts to approximately 40 to 50 grams of hedge plant fertilizer per plant . It’s best to apply the hedge plant fertilizer twice a year: the first time in April/May and the second time in July/August. Do not apply the fertilizer when it is raining or on damp leaves.
