Returns
For returns, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the plants! That way, we can work together to find a solution. We require that the plants not be neglected in the meantime. This means that the plants must be removed from the pallet and properly cared for. This includes watering them. Please note that we may charge additional fees in the event of any loss of value to the plants.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you wish to return your hedge plants within that time, please contact us. However, it is not possible to return the hedge plants free of charge.
If your hedge plants aren't taking root or are changing color, first check to see if the soil is moist enough and add fertilizer if necessary. If you're certain this isn't the cause, please contact us.
