Valid only from October 1 through May 1. The weather is often drier during the summer months, and this, combined with insufficient water, is often the reason plants die during this period. Unfortunately, we have no control over the water supply, which is why we cannot offer a guarantee during this period.

Unfortunately, we have no control over rainfall either. There are certain hedge plants that do not like “wet feet.” Therefore, we cannot offer any guarantee if rainfall harms the health of these plants. 

During periods of frost, some hedge plants may sustain damage. We cannot cover hedge plants rated as “moderate” for winter hardiness under the warranty during periods of frost.

When planting, it is also important to consider the location of the hedge plants. Make sure not to plant them next to an old tree. Hedge plants should also not be planted in yellow sand or street sand.
