Delivery and Pickup
You can specify your preferred delivery date when you pay for the hedge plants. Our delivery time is typically 5 business days. If, for any reason, you need the plants sooner, please feel free to contact us.
In general, we outsource shipping to our carrier. The plants can be delivered Monday through Friday by our carrier. Within a 30-kilometer radius of Ottersum, we handle shipping ourselves. In that case, the plants can be delivered Monday through Saturday.
Of course, you can also pick up the hedge plants yourself. Pickup is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If our carrier delivers the plants, the hedge plants will be delivered by truck. It is important that a truck be able to deliver the plants to the address you provided. These plants are placed on a pallet or in a pallet box. The driver will then deliver the pallet to you.

To prevent the hedge plants from losing quality, we recommend planting them as soon as possible. If you are unable to plant them right away, make sure they are watered regularly and sufficiently.
